TERMS & CONDITIONS
▪This programme is recommended for participants aged 7 to 10 years old. All participants are required to book the programme.
▪ Meals during the camp are complimentary. We provide vegetarian or non-vegetarian meals and meals are prepared without pork or lard. Meals provided may contain traces of nuts. If your child has dietary restrictions or food allergies, we strongly encourage parents to pack their own meals.
▪Participants are requested to attend this holiday programme in comfortable outdoor clothes and walking shoes, as well as to bring along umbrellas and mosquito repellent.
▪ This is a rain or shine event. Participants will be requested to don their own ponchos or bring an umbrella in case of rain during walks between sheltered areas or exhibits.
▪ Meeting and dismissal points will be at the respective parks premises. Please refer to the programme outline for the meeting and dismissal points
▪ Prices as well as programmes are correct at the point of communication and are subject to change without prior notice.
▪ Programme is available on a first-come-first-served basis;
▪ Fees paid are strictly non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
▪ Registered participants will be contacted separately via the provided email address 5 days before the programme on meeting point and other information.
▪ To ensure the health and safety of all children and staff at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, we ask parents to inform us immediately if their child or any household member is recovering from a contagious illness. Our Facilitators reserve the right to refuse participation to any child who appears visibly unwell on the day of camp

Personal Data
By participating in this programme as provided by the Education Department, Mandai Wildlife Reserve, you agree to: provide to us to the personal data relating to you or other individuals which you disclose to us in this or any form connected with the programme, or as provided in the course of the programme (collectively, “Personal Data”), confirm and warrant to us that you have provided accurate Personal Data, consent to us and our group of companies collecting, using and disclosing that Personal Data (and where the Personal Data relates to other individuals, confirming that you have procured valid consents for us to do so) for the purpose of administering this programme.
Assumption of Risk
Any person participating in the Education Programmes conducted by Singapore Zoological Gardens (“SZG”), Mandai Park Development Pte Ltd. (“MPD”) Education staff at Singapore Zoo/River Wonders/Bird Paradise does so at his/her own risk and shall be deemed to have understood the risks associated with the Education Programmes and voluntarily assumes all risks arising out of or in connection with his/her participation in the Education Programmes and he/she shall be solely responsible for any loss, death, injury, mishap or damage howsoever suffered arising out of or in connection with his/her participation in the Education Programmes.
Usage of Photographs
Photographs taken during the Education Programmes may be used for future promotional materials (printed/electronic) by Singapore Zoological Gardens, Mandai Park Development Pte Ltd. (“MPD”) and/or its Related Corporations. For avoidance of doubt, the term “Related Corporation” in relation to a corporation, means the holding company of that corporation, a subsidiary of that corporation, a subsidiary of the holding company of that corporation, or an associated company of that corporation.
