Personal Data: By participating in this programme as provided by the Education Department, Singapore Zoological Gardens, you agree to: provide to us to the personal data relating to you or other individuals which you disclose to us in this or any form connected with the programme, or as provided in the course of the programme (collectively, “Personal Data”), confirm and warrant to us that you have provided accurate Personal Data, consent to us and our group of companies collecting, using and disclosing that Personal Data (and where the Personal Data relates to other individuals, confirming that you have procured valid consents for us to do so) for the purpose of administering this programme.

Any person who takes part in the programme (aka workshop) does so entirely at his/her own risk and shall be deemed to have understood the risks associated with the programme (aka workshop). Singapore Zoological Gardens, their employees and agents will take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of the participant but shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, damage or death howsoever sustained or arising out of his/her participation in the programme (aka workshop). Singapore Zoological Gardens shall, in any circumstances and at their sole discretion, provide such immediate first aid and/or medical treatment as it shall deem reasonable, and at their expense. Any such immediate first aid and/or medical treatment rendered shall not be taken as an admission of liability in any way for any personal injury howsoever sustained or arising. Photographs taken during this programme (aka workshop) may be used for future promotional materials (printed/electronic) by Singapore Zoological Gardens.
